Never. Acquired Staffing is always 100% free for candidates. Our clients pay us — your only job is to show up and do great work.
For most warehouse, administrative, and call center roles, we deliver vetted candidates within 48 hours. Larger high-volume builds (e.g., standing up a new call center floor or staffing a seasonal surge) typically take 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
Yes. All W-2 employees of Acquired Staffing are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after a short qualifying period. We also offer weekly pay and direct deposit on day one.
For direct placements, if the hire doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we replace them at no additional fee. For temporary and temp-to-hire engagements, you only pay for hours actually worked.
For on-site warehouse and office roles, we cover all of Arizona — Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and beyond. For remote roles like customer service, data entry, and back-office work, we place candidates in all 50 states.
We specialize in three areas: light industrial (warehouse, forklift, picking/packing, material handling), administrative (reception, office support, data entry, executive assistants), and call center (inbound and outbound customer service, bilingual agents, scheduling). We don't try to be everything to everyone — we're great at these three.
